Merritt Properties Closes On 35-Acre Aberdeen Site BALTIMORE----Merritt Properties announced today that it has closed on the purchase of a 35.64-acre site at 635-660 McHenry Road in Aberdeen, Maryland. Merritt plans to develop the property, which is less than two miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground, to serve the increasing need for Class A office space and retail amenities in the area surrounding the base.
