Turkish real estate is rather a tidbit on the market of European real estate, for both purchasers, and investors.

The real estate market of Turkey is stimulated not only by the expectations that soon the country is going to join the EU. State bodies on all levels of powers are actively stimulating construction and tourism. At that, the laws for investors are so loyal, that registering an own company is possible during several hours, you may also encash money in any quality, without any percent. And nobody asks what is the source of the money, even if you pay for a hotel room from a suitcase of cash.

You should keep in mind that the Turkish real estate market is very profitable for money investment. Investment building projects may bring profit in the amount of 100% annually. Many countries may only dream of such rate of return.

However, the main price rise for real estate in Turkey is expected to be ahead. As well as in many other countries, the first to understand this were Englishmen and Germans. They are actively investing here. Only Englishmen have purchased in 2004 over 2,700 villas and apartments on the Turkish coast. And many people not only come here to have a rest. A great number of the EU citizens, after purchasing houses or apartments, live here all the year round.
